No, Kroger does not hire 10 year olds. Usually, their minimum age to hire is 16.

I know here, one can not even think about working really till the age of 16. They can at 15, if they're lucky, and it's with the family or friend of the family.
Almost any Kroger in the USA will hire a 14 year old. But only certain positions. I am also 14 and i have applied for applications all through OHIO except for Kroger. Once i did they called me like a day later and said they needed help. THIS WAS IN GRACELAND......But the one on the corner of North Broad way and high is now hiring baggers also
Fifteen year old teens in Indiana can do a variety of jobs. Teens can work doing babysitting, working in restaurants, tutoring, dog walking and delivering newspapers.

kroger pharmacy employees get evaluated 6 months after hire and then again every year after that (so if you are hired january 1st your first evaluation will be july 1st and then every july 1st after that.) I am not sure about other departments but I imagine it is something similar.
