It's up to each individual really. Everyone has their own view of Link, including the creators. So, some will think that he likes Ilia, others will say that he likes Zelda, still others will say that he likes Midna.

Kind of... Link and Ilia. All they do is look at each other with that, "(sigh) I like you alot" but near the end of the game, before Link and Zelda shoot arrows of light at Gannondorf, Zelda talks to Link, and Link's expression is like, "Pretty Princess talking to me!" or "Pretty lady said my name." the look on his face is funny....LOL! happy gameing! ;)
