It has been confirmed that Heathertail is still in love with Lionblaze. Though she addresses it through anger due to the pain he caused her. But since Lionblaze still does show many signs of caring for her. Like when he thought he killed her in his dream he was mortified and said to Tigerstar "but she didn't deserve to die like this." proving he still has unspoken feelings for her.And though many rumors have been going around about Hazeltail and Icepaw they are false. He defended Hazeltail because that is simply what Clanmates do for one another and plus he said the same thing later on in the book for Birchfall and Brakenfur. When they fell in the sun-drown-place water he was about to jump in after them, like he said he would for Hazeltail. As for Icepaw. What he did was amazing in Eclipse though she probably does have a small crush on him since her eyes were 'glowing as she gazed at him'.
