Each Lowe's is different, so you are best to contact the ones local to you and see. In my experience the only rug cleaners I have seen them renting are the ones that shampoo the carpet, where you have the bin to empty of the dirty water all the time. Rug Doctor was the brand. I have never seen steam cleaners at the Lowe's I have been too for rent, just for sale. But as I said each Lowe's can be different.
