The adjective form of pardon is "pardonable". It means able to be forgiven, or excusable. For example, "No mistake, even a tiny one, is pardonable."

No help at all really. A pardon generally only means that you are forgiven by the Governor for whatever offense you committed. The record of the crime will still exist on your record, as will the record of the pardon.

Martin Luther objected to them because he belived that the church was wrong and that the bible had the last word, because it was the word of god. He belived that if someone was really sorry they would be forgiven.

A pardon means you have been forgiven for a crime and it has been wiped off the books, so if you have a concealed carry permit I'm sure you can. I don't recommend carrying a firearm if you don't have the training and license to do so, otherwise it is usually illegal.
