i don't really know but maybe she does know how to or not

She was able to ride the unicycle very well.
Yes
I see no reason why you would not be able too.
use left and right arrows to balance
depends on where you live, where you ride, and what the law says about an unicycle. If you're on private property you can ride anything and any way. Where I'm at unis are legally seen as toys, and not as bicycles, which means that bicycle helmet laws don't apply.
you don't, unless you want to be cruel to animals if you really want to know try discipline them first and try your own way.
Of course they can. Of course they can. Anything is possible when you believe.
I would say that depends heavily on the type of bike you are riding and the roof you intend to ride it on. If it were a unicycle on the roof of a football stadium, then yes. If it were a motorbike on the roof of a greenhouse, then I think not.
authorised is were you eat porridge whereas issued is where you ride a unicycle and sing cotton eyed joe
There can be no reliable statistics - think of any hobby and think if people doing it are registered statistically. For instance: A friend of mine recently took up unicycling as a hobby, he bought a second-hand unicycle. His activity is not recorded anywhere.
