If you want the history of aerobic dance, wisegeekdotcom is a good site. The meaning of aerobic is "with oxygen". But, if you are looking for classes, try any workout center.
Yeah just look online to see any dance schools or classes that are close to you. Tell the lady or man at the front desk that you would like to see one of the classes, then the lady or man will lead you to a room and then you can watch the dance class. At the end of the summer usually in July some dance classes and schools have residuals and they put on a big show. So if you want to go see the residual you have to buy the tickets or go to a dance school or class and ask if you can buy the residual Cd.
Any up to date computer operating system would work fine for an NYU continuing education online course. Microsoft vista is a current operating system and apple has a current OS. For particulars go to: http://www.scps.nyu.edu/academic-programs/continuing-education/
No, it is not. Ballroom dancing originated as any other dance form, as a source of recreation, chiefly associated with the upper classes of novelty. But presently, it is practiced by people from all classes.
