No naruto did not become a chunin but his friends became chunin and some became jonin and gaara becomes a kazekage. BUt he achieves an S rank jutsu named Wind Release Rasenshuriken that not even the 4th hokage could accomplish. Even kakashi admits Naruto is beyond his level.

∙ 13y agoThe anime & manga never show Naruto taking the test and passing, but it does mention when Naruto Shippuden started that Naruto was still a genin. Power and potential wise, Naruto is probably already jounin level.

it was never really stated but the anime and manga left hints. her village was burnt down when orochimaru found her and took her to the Sound Village as she was the remaining survivor of the village. she however participated in the chunnin exam with naruto, sasuke and sakura wearing a Grass Village headband. So it can be assumed she was from the Grass Village. But it could also be a mask from her true identity as she was probably adopted by orochimaru before the exam and since orochimaru played a huge part in the chunnin exam, she could be acting as a spy then (like Kabuto, Yoroi, Dosu, Kin and others). Another controversy on this theory is that there were Grass Ninja appearing every now and then even after the chunnin exam so it was quite unlikely that the village was burnt down.
