There may be some close reasons for why some people anti Naruhina. For example, Naruto never said he liked or that he loved Hinata. Besides Naruto and Hinata don't have as many love moments as Naruto and Sakura. For example, when Naruto's 4 tailes form hurt sakura, Naruto was able to confront Kyuubi and tell him he didn't want his power because he obviously doesn't want to ever hurt someone he loves (Sakura) again.
