There have been no Nerf blasters released that start with He. The only blasters released that start with H are the Hidden Shot, Hornet AS-6, Hydro Bazooka and Hyperfire.
The clear blaster had already been released by July 2010.
There are several Wikis around that have quite a bit of information on all Nerf blasters that have been released. In my opinion, the best is: http://nerf.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page
No, there so far hasn't been a pink Nerf blaster, however some older Switchshots darts had pink suction cups. Several Buzz Bee blasters have been released in pink, namely the Tommy 20.
The NERF Spartan currently hasn't even been planned to be released at the moment so it may be a matter of months, years or maybe it simply won't be made. The blaster originates from the NERF N-Strike Wii videogame, where it fired in a 3-dart burst fire mode. Incorporating a system like this into a NERF gun would be difficult, as the NERF blasters are generally single-shot.
At the moment, there are several fully-automatic Nerf blasters. The oldest is the Vulcan EBF-25 (N-Strike, from 2008). Since then, the Stampede ECS (N-Strike, from 2010), Swarmfire (Dart Tag, from 2011), the Nitron (Vortex, from 2011), and the Speedswarm (Dart Tag, from 2012) have all been released.
The Spectre REV-5 has already been released.
The most well-known Nerf copies are from Lanard, Buzz Bee and Air Zone, with Dart Zone coming to be one of them soon. Many blaster such as the Secret Strike AS-1 and the Maverick REV-6 have been ripped off by Lanard's Stealth Shot and Mustang 6. Buzz Bee usually produces better quality blasters than Lanard and Air Zone, but are still classified as "Ferf" blasters.
It Has been At Toys 'R' Us :)
