The word "Niger" only appears once in the King James Version of The Bible:

Acts 13:1 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

and it is a NAME in that verse, it has nothing whatsoever to do with skin color. If you are asking about the word with TWO g's, that word is not in the Bible. At all.

What did God say about blackman will president in the bible?

A) God said nothing in the bible which refers to the United States of America - that country wasn't known about when the God of the bible was speaking to his people. B) The God of the bible said nothing to his people about black people. C) God said nothing about Presidents - that political position wasn't known about when the God of the bible was speaking to his people. So, to answer the question - God said nothing about a blackman, the presidency and America. Actually The Bible says: "Can the Ethiopian change his skin?" That refers to black people. No, it refers to Ethiopians - who happen to be black. Other black people were known then - the Nubians, for example - so if God wanted to refer to skin colour, he could have, but he didn't. Not even in the minds of the translators of the middle ages, who would have known "black" in the meaning the question asks of.

Why should you consider yourself black if im not all black?

In English, at the present time, there is no word for partly black. "Part black" is not a word for being half white and half black; it's a adjective. "Mixed" is as close as you can get. People that are half black and half white refer to themselves usually as "black", because, allegedly, mixed race people in this country are treated as if they are black exclusively. I don't agree but that's what most people say. To me, Obama is half white and half black. Most people, including the President, refer to him as black even though his mother was 100% white.

Does it say in the bible that before the end of time black men will rule the world is that obama?

Why would it refer Obama if "black men" was plural? Obama isn't more than one person. Also, the Bible makes no such prediction. And you may have noticed that Obama is the ruler of one country, not the entire world.

Fact on the black death?

The nursery rhyme "Ring Around the Rosie" could be about the black plague. The "pocket full of posies" line may refer to flowers that people held to their noses to avoid the smell of all the dying people, and the "we all fall down" line may refer to people dying from the sickness.
