There are multiple colleges in the US that offer earth science degrees. University of Northern Iowa is just one of them. Northern Illinois University also has a great earth science program.
Ivy Tech Community College has a mortuary science course if you are interested in just the short way out. But most morticians do indeed operate which does require a medical degree. This is where I would check out IUPUI. That stands for Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis. They have excellent medical training and hands on experience.
Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio has a good Environmental science program. This program at this school is high in the national rankings.
Cameron University does offer a Sports Management program.
Utah State university does not offer a sports management program.

University of Phoenix offers a Master of Management program with a concentration in Human Resources Management. They also offer a Graduate Human Resources Management Certificate Program. They also have a Bachelor of Science in Business that has concentration in Human Resources Management.
Temple University offers more than 300 degree programs in various fields of study. However, the university does not offer the dietician program.
