The PlayStation Network support center has downloads available to reload the operating programming for the PS3 model those harddrive you are replacing. see related link.

Basically, No. They are 2 very different systems created by different companies. They are not designed to be compatible. If you really REALLY REALLY wanted to and had the knowledge on how to do this, you could probably rig up a ps3 controller hardware into the xbox controller shell. But that would take a lot of time, knowledge, and probably money.
