When your hair gets even a little bit of spilt ends, cuz if you have spilt ends for more than like a few days or a week, then they get OUT OF CONTROL. If your hair gets frizzy, take a shower, (or just wet it), and comb it out with a little leave-in conditioner. If your hair is really greasy, do what I do. Use some Suave, and then use Pantene Ice-shine. It works wonderful! Note: If the ends of your bangs get frizzy or tangled, curl them. Otherwise, I'm not the person to ask!

Yes after you go the pool you need to take a shower but when you take a shower scrub your hair really really good using the Shampoo&Conditioner method

Yes, there are some vitamins you can take to make your hair and nails grow faster. I know for a fact if you take prenatal vitamins, your hair will grow really fast.
If you have naturaly black hair can you get your hair white?
Yes. It'll take a lot of processing & lifting though; that can be really damaging to your hair.
