South.
equators
Tropical rainforests occur along the equator.
The planets in our solar system that never get above freezing at their equators are primarily the ice giants, Uranus and Neptune. Both of these planets have extremely cold temperatures due to their great distances from the Sun and their thick, icy atmospheres. Additionally, the dwarf planet Pluto, while not classified as a full planet, also remains perpetually below freezing. The surface temperatures of these celestial bodies often hover around or below -200 degrees Celsius (-328 degrees Fahrenheit).
Countries which have equators are São Tomé and Príncipe, Gabon, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Kenya, Somalia, Maldives, Indonesia, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Ecuador, Colombia and Brazil.
