It does work if you follow the detox rules. But if you're really heavy or have been partaking of whatever you need to get clean from for a long time you're better off going with the 10 day. The rescue people will tell you what you need if you call them.

You can get rid of pimples by using an acne treatment or cleanser. They are sold in drug stores and other stores. I would recommend using Proactiv or a good brand name acne cleanser :)
