As of now, we don't know. Most people pair Ruka up with Hotaru, but there isn't isn't any basis on that. Ruka was always in love with Mikan, and took part of the love triangle between Mikan, Natsume, and himself. There wasn't much time for him to find another girl to fall for.
Who will Luca of Alice Academy end up with?
It'd be better if he will end up with Hotaru since the two of them looks cute. Hotaru's the bully type (selling Ruka-pyon's pics without his permission) and Ruka's the nice guy type....hmmmm what do you think? pfffff...seriously i don't know but I'd love for them to get along. Ahrrr dying to!

Most likely it will be NAtsume and Mikan, Hotaru and Ruka. not Mikan and Ruka I agree with whoever wrote this! In the last several chapters, not only does Mikan and Natsume tell each other that they like one another, but Higuchi announes it in the 'relationships' box. If ya look, it says that Ruka likes Mikan 'a bit', and that Natsume and Mikan 'like each other'. Plus, the author draws a chapter page showing Mikan and Natsume looking at each other, holding hands, and the caption says: "Mikan and Natsume, the fated pair". So, no, Ruka and Mikan don't stay together. If Hotaru doesn't go for Prez, then she and Ruka will end up falling for each other.

Ruka has strong feelings of love, and loyalty to Kaname Kuran. Kain is in love with Ruka, but she doesn't notice of course. Kaname s in love with Yuuki obviously. Kain is happy if Ruka is happy, and only tries to help her, but suffers knowing that she won't fall for him. But, I believ Ruka will stop putting herself out there for Kaname, only to be crushed by his cruelty ( Yuuki gets that from Kaname) and finally realize Kain's feelings, and soon feel the same. (=

Mikan doesn't know that Natsume and Ruka love her, but what is clear is that she is in love with Natsume, not Ruka. In chapter 98, it is made obvious to her that Natsume loves her when he says that he wants to become an adult and run away with her right now to which she replies "Me, too."
