Saint Lucia is a Commonwealth country located in the eastern Caribbean Sea. As part of the Commonwealth, Saint Lucia's Head of State is Queen Elizabeth II (England). As Queen Elizabeth II's husband is Prince Phillip, Saint Lucia does not have a king, only a Queen.
