Well she was. But did she need it? No, not really. Keep in mind she comes from a Christian Church denomination that has the interpretation of Witches as being demonically possessed. Her pastor is obviously very unfamiliar of who and what real world Witches actually do and practice, and may have not have read any primary source Witchraft material written by actual Witches.
