Later on after 2-3 years there is Naruto Shippuuden(Huricane Chronicles),and Sakura sees how much Naruto has matured and has deeper feelings for him. So we don't really know who she likes. Sakura is in love with Naruto now( although Naruto has his doubts), but judging by chapter 540, she is still in love with Sasuke (you would think the girl would have moved on by now) too.(unfortunatly). Oh plz stop spreading rumers about Sakura. She is a true and loyal one-man girl. Furthermore in latest chapters of manga another guy just proposed Sakura and she refused him, saying that she loves someone already and at that time she was only thinking about Sasuke.
