He doesnt trick them, it was the eight tails who tricked Sasuke, he split when he turned into the eight tails if you remember that episode. and nothing really happens. they just stay with akatsuki since Madara threatens to stand between sasuke and Konoha.

Taka Sasuke vs Full Eight Tails Killer Bee To get him for other battles, do all the Curse Dolls, beat the Curse Doll Master, & get enough SP. And I think you need to beat Curse Dolls to get him in Story Mode (?)
