no since sasuke never really hurt the leaf village he shouldn't have to die but he has got some people killed and that wouldn't have happened if he had just stayed and gotten stronger in the leaf but he may die by naruto from the order of the hokage........ hopefully they can just get along in the end after sasuke kills itachi but it is yet to be determined........ sorry if that doesnt help
