Right now according to the latest manga, Sakura has expressed her love towards Naruto. She says that now Sasuke is wanting to destroy Konoha, she no longer wants to love such a ninja. That would mean, highly unlikely Sakura will change her mind for Sasuke.
Look all of you who really want to know. Sakura is just like any other girl. When the guy I loved left me ( He moved :( ) Well I was crushed. Until I found another guy. Sakura may have loved Sasuke, but if it is what the speaker above said it's most lilkeley going to be NaruSaku. But miracles do happens sometimes... ^^
