As of yet no....he wasn't happy when he finally killed his brother..but then Madara told him that it was Konoha's fault and that they set up the Uchiha clan and forced Itachi to kill them all. So now he has a new hatred.

While no one knows for sure, it is unlikely that Sasuke will kill Kakashi. Kakashi is older and more experienced than Sasuke is, and he is not blindly steered by hatred the was Sasuke is.
I mean that itachi was able to prove that his clan isn't behind the 9 tails so he did it for Sasuke so why didn't Sasuke think about that?
Sasuke is "blind" by the hatred he has for his brother. Itachi had shown him that he was responsible for the Massacre. The whole reason behind it was to make Sasuke stronger.

He saw his brother kill his family and later found out it was actually Konoha who ordered it.....On top of that he had to kill his brother before he found the truth out (Madara/Tobi told him.) and his hatred grew
