Saturn consists of about 96.3% molecular hydrogen and 3.25% helium.[19] Trace amounts of ammonia,acetylene, ethane, phosphine and methane are also present. No carbon dioxide (or at least too little to be detected).

Not really. Saturn is composed of about 96% hydrogen. The rings however, may contain about 7% carbon
