Silver's romantic interests are currently unknown by canon. Silver is highly unlikely to love Amy, and one would presume he loves Blaze, since they work together as a team in Sonic the Hedgehog 2006. But that, again, is unknown by canon.

Well, Silver & Blaze do more than kissing... They had a romantic dinner at the park with roses and champagne. They stopped the world and melted with eachother. Then, they went into a beaver home and made love passionately for 3 hours.
