I got Spirit and it jailbreaks, but if I where you I wouldn't get it as it can give your iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad bugs and can damage you computer. It is also illegal so if you get caught you are going to be in serioud trouble. I once had it but I removed it because it was no good anyway. So I would recommend NOT getting Spirit or any other jailbreaks.
