Have used sure gel w/ spring water (only) pass every time. Don't eat at all that day & start drinking & shaking your jug. Add a little at a time so it don't clump up on you. Pour a little out of gallon so it can have room to break up while shaking. Finish atleast 3/4 gallon , urinate several times before test. Cheap & easy. Have had inconclusive but went again & retook doing the same thing & passed.
