In Texas, an autopsy is not automatically required for deaths that occur at home. However, if the death is suspicious, involves foul play, or if the cause of death is unclear, the local medical examiner or justice of the peace may order an autopsy. Additionally, certain circumstances, such as deaths related to accidents or suicides, may also necessitate an autopsy under state law. Ultimately, the decision is often made on a case-by-case basis.
There are several, varying criteria for autopsy in California. Suffice it to say that any unattended death (patient not being cared for in a medical facility or under immediate doctor's care) will require one. For furher info see link below:
Ya in some cases if death seems to be unnatural
A coroner may not need to sign a death certificate if the cause of death is clear and can be determined by a medical professional without further investigation, such as in cases of natural causes where the deceased had a known medical condition. Additionally, if the death occurs under circumstances that do not require an autopsy or legal inquiry, such as deaths from terminal illnesses at home, a coroner's involvement may be unnecessary. In such cases, a physician can complete and sign the death certificate directly.
There are several home services that require no contract. Many phone services also do not require a background check to recieve service.

You are not allowed to keep someone at your home if they are dead. You must report the death as soon as you see that the person is dead and then the body will be taken away for an autopsy or to be prepared for burial after any investigation that is needed is completed.

its not technically required. however if the DA feels something could have happened i.e. murder, suicide, etc. they could request for one or the family could request one. it really just depends on the circumstances in which the individual passed away and several other factors. Some can include but aren't limited to, age, ethnic background, medical records, etc.
That's not just a simple answer. The definitions and rules on this are quite complex and really require a phone call or visit to the state of Texas Manufactured Housing Division.
Texas has many RV or "recreational vechicle" dealers. They require license by the state to practice business, and are very easy to find online. "ExploreUSA" particularly springs to mind.
