YES it does - right mouse click on the desktop icon, select 'properties', select 'compatability' 'tab, under 'compatability mode' select the box and select 'windows sp2'. Then check the 'run as administrator' under 'priviledge level'

No. A few games from Microsoft, such as Halo 2, were modified to work on Windows XP because they did not actually use any Vista-specific features. In general, though, a game that says it requires Vista likely does, or at least will not work on XP without modification.
well not many games work for vista. as they were not desighned for it. but there are some that work one i kno is flyff [fly for fun] or dues ex game of the year edition (even though its a 2001 retail game) has a online feature and works with vista with no addition 100%
