No. Ataturk abolished the Ottoman Caliphate in 1923 and sent both the caliphs and sultans packing. The Republic of Turkey has never had a monarchy.

Previously, the Ottoman Empire was a Sultanate which meant that there was a sultan (which was roughly analogous to a king) and his primary wife who was the queen. As mentioned above, this was abolished in 1923 when the Republic of Turkey was founded. Turkey currently has a President in whom are vested most executive powers.
