Yes, and not only was it aking me groggy, it was making me lathargic. So is it better to be lethargic from lack of sleep? Or from too much sleep medication?
I have decided to wean myself off completely and to try to avoid all sleep medications.

Yes! I take one instead of two. Two and I won't even hear my alarm clock. One leaves me feeling groggy all day and fighting sleep.
