No. I can assure you that removing safety devices will void your insurance as well as make you personally liable for injuries caused to anyone in the vehicle due to your actions or lack of action. Why would you ever consider not having the airbags replaced on your vehicle. This is not something you want to do. If you have an accident and the airbags are not in the vehicle the insurance company will perform and exhaustive investigation and when they prove that is was your doing the claim will be denied and you will be liable for the claim out of pocket. Don't do this.

Answer

Any modification; wheels, tires, suspension, safety equipment etc that affects the performance, handling or safety of a vehicle must be reported to the insurance company when it occurs. It is then up to the insurance company to either accept, or reject whether the insurance in it's present form covers the changes, or whether the risk has to be reassessed. If there is a model of the car which does not have airbags, the precident is made. That said it is still most unlikely, without extenuating circumstances, that choosing not to reinstall airbags would be acceptable to any insurer.

Who was the first National Guard Officer deployed in Operation Iraqi Freedom?

It wouldn't come own to one single name. When National Guard units are activated and deployed, whole units are deployed, and these will often be activated as attachments to Regular Army units. The National Guard has been involved in OIF since it kicked off, and several National Guard units were called up simultaneously.

Yes. Let me clue you in on a little something - if you wear the uniform, you can be deployed. Think you're too important to be deployed? Your job may be non-deployable, but you.... different story. Now the likelihood of it... probably a bit less, but they're in no way exempt from being deployed.

Is it illegal to deny auto insurance to someone deployed overseas in the US Military?

Aparently not. I have the same problem now. Im in the UK and USAA (who I had in the states) would not switch my policy to a UK policy due to stricter rules in the UK. It is up to the Insurance Company's Underwriter in the Country that you are deployed to.

What type of person have army car insurance and what does it do?

I think you have to be in the military to have army car insurance. Because military members and their families move around a lot, they were penalized in the past. For example, people who were deployed often canceled their insurance policies while they were overseas. This caused a gap in their insurance, which insurance companies penalized. Now, many insurance companies (GEICO and the United Services Automobile Association, or USAA, being the first to develop such services) offer to suspend or have lower rates for people who are deployed. Thus they have no gap

What does the National Guard do in wartime?

They get deployed, as well. For a good part of the war in Iraq, National Guard and reserve troops actually were the majority of military personnel in-country.
