No you can not buy fast food with foodstamps, the programs are designed to help you provided food for your family. You also can not buy anything hot from the deli case or energy drinks.

The closest exception would be papa murphy's a take and bake Pizza place is designed to work around foodstamps. Everything in their place is able to be purchased on an EBT card.
