It would be nice to be able to find out the volume number of gas stations broken down by name. Example, how many BP gas stations are in the United States. They own Arco AMPM and possibly others.

You have gas stations then you have service stations. At a gas station you get gas. at a service station you get service with a smile

Full service gas stations require companies to hire more employees to pump gas, check oil, etc. Companies make more profits when they hire less employees, and customers have accepted pumping their own gas. Also, it helps keep the price of gas from being even more high than it is when customers pump their own gas, and employees do not have to be paid to do it.
