The wii fit board must be sync-ed with the wii before it will work. In order to do this take the USB/charger cable that comes with the fit board and connect it to the fit board (on underside, battery compartment) and wii (USB port at rear). Once connected you must depress the sync button at the battery compartment of the fit board and the sync button located under the flap at the front of the wii.
Um the balance board come with wii fit but there is a games called skate it for the wii that is wii balance board compatible

Yes, you need the wii fit balance board to play wii fit or wii fit plus.
If it's yellow, then the wii remote is done charging. But if you put the wii remote on the charger and it immediately turns yellow even though your remote has no batteries, then your charger has problems/it's broken.
