This quote is from the television series "Winnie the Pooh and Friends," which follows the adventures of Winnie the Pooh in the Hundred Acre Wood. The quote is often used to show Pooh's optimistic and curious nature.
Robert B. Sherman and his brother Richard M. Sherman
Winnie the Pooh is known for singing two songs: "The Winnie the Pooh" song and "Rumbly in my Tumbly". The Winnie the Pooh song Rumbly in my Tumbly
Deep in the hundred acre wood, Where Christopher Robin plays, You'll find the enchanted neighborhood, Of Christopher's childhood days. A donkey named Eeyore is his friend, And Kanga, and little Roo. There's Rabbit, and Piglet, and there's Owl, But most of all Winnie-the-Pooh. Winnie-the-Pooh, Winnie-the-Pooh, Tubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff. He's Winnie-the-Pooh. Winnie-the-Pooh. Willy, nilly, silly, old bear
Pooh had not yet met Tigger at the beginning of the film that the song was written for. The song is meant as an introduction to the characters already known, and since he hadn't been introduced yet, Tigger was not included.

Heffalumps and woozles! Fun question... I'd forgotten all about the song about them. "They're quick and slick and insincere Beware Beware Be a very wary bear"
not sure, but all i know is that tigger's voice is played by the inventor of the artificial heart, Robert Jarvik.^Wrong^ The person who typed this is dead wrong. Paul Winchell did the old voice of tigger on t.v. and Jim Cummings has done the voice of Tigger and Pooh for a while
If you are talking about a slower song that ends in "...somewhere only we know." Then, it is called, "Somewhere Only We Know" by Keane. It is on iTunes, you can purchase the song there.
