YES! Unfortunately it is not covered by Rx insurance. My Ortho doc office sets me up with sample packets every so often. I had meniscus surgery done in June of 2010 and I still can't apply pressure to my leg/knee after sitting for 10 minutes or more . (waiting for MRI results at this moment) Nothing helped, not Motrin, Vicodin, or ice. Zipsor, to me, is a miracle. I went from a pain level of 8 to 2 ! ! Seriously. It is very expensive to purchase ($160.00 month supply)

No absolutely not. It's an NSAID not a narcotic do it works completely different with your body than an opioid does. You would however, succeed in possibly giving yourself a massive GI bleed, a well known side effect often caused by misuse of NSAIDs.
First, you might want to ask your pharmacist, since he or she has the most official and up-to-date list of which drugs interact with each other. That said, these medications both address severe inflammation (such as rheumatism, arthritis, etc); they are not generally prescribed together, but they do not seem to interact negatively with each other.
