I think it does. I have a 1993 camry and today after school i went to turn it on and it wouldnt turn on. so we tried to jump it... didnt worrk. then someone checked my oil. I was dead dry on oil. After filling it back up like 2 weeks ago. so we put oil in it and it turned on. so i guess it does. but why wouldnt my car turn on earlier that da y if i was dead on oil ??? 1993 camrys suck!
