Does a 2003 Ford F-250 7.4 Power-stroke Diesel come with a block heater and where would it be I moved from AZ to Colorado and the dealership said they can install it but why pay if it is there?

Block heaters were an option on that vehicle. If there is one it would be located on the passengers side of the motor toward the back near the bell housing.
