No. The Generation I Solara doesn't have a cabin air filter. There are filters (behind the glove box door) for the Gen II Solara (2004 and later).

The 2003 Toyota airbag sensors can be found behind the front bumper and inside of each door. There is a total of seven airbag sensors.
If there's a separate fuse for the clock it will be found in the cabin fuse box. It's under the dashboard behind the coin holder on the Gen I Solara. You'll find a fuse diagram inside the fuse box lid labeling the purpose of each fuse. Cheers
