(For 2010 Sebring) open the glove box, on the right hand side there is a little round 'button' which is actually connected to a cord that retracts. slide the round piece of plastic back and the cord and plastic piece that connects the retractor to the glove box will come loose. squeeze both sides of the glove box at the top front portion and the glove box will come loose. if you use a flashlight and look up inside the dash, behind ehre the glove box was, there'll be a little door that if you squeeze both tabs it will come loose and there's your cabin air filter.
