No it does not because it came with run flats. This is in my opinion borderline criminal. They claim you shouldn't need one because you can drive these things to a place to get them replaced. Well twice my run flats have gotten less than 20 miles after flatting before disintegrating. Neither flat was catastrophic, nails both times. Once was not really a problem but I still had to go rescue my wife from a parking lot the other time I needed to be towed off the highway 30 miles to a dealer to get a new ($225) tire put on. You can't find these run flats just anywhere. Also they don't warranty them.
I will never travel out of town without a spare (which has to be the exact right rim and tire or else you risk messing up the AWD system). If you are anywhere even close to being considered rural and one of these goes you are screwed.
Pain in the a$$.
Yes, the 2012 Toyota Sienna typically comes with a spare tire. However, it's important to note that some models may come equipped with a tire repair kit instead of a traditional spare tire. Always check the specific vehicle's manual or inspect the vehicle to confirm what is included.
It is possible that your Sienna does not have a spare. Mine was equipped with roll flat tires (RFT) which eliminate the need (in Toyota's mind) for a spare. Saves them a few cubic feet which they can then tout in advertising. i have a 2004 totoya sienna and the spare is under the passinger rear slider door the carpet has a little flap right behind the passinger seat when u open the little flap or carpet there a nut that u turn and the spare will start too come down underneath
