You cannot have HCG in your system unless you are pregnant or have recently been pregnant. As pregnancy week numbers are counted from your last period and not from the day you actually concieved, a figure of 7.5 would imply you are 4 weeks pregnant, ie that you concieved 2 weeks ago. The level of hcg in your system should roughly double every 48 hours if you are experiencing a normal pregnancy. If the hcg levels drop it is likely you have suffered an early miscarriage.

Actually you CAN have HCG in your blood without being pregnant. Any level ABOVER 25 means you ARE, since your levels are 7.5, more than likely YOU ARE NOT!

Is measuring 6 wks pregnant with a fetal hr of 107 too low with hcg level of 33000 another dr appt in a week what should 7 wk hr be?

Your HCG level is on the low side but it might still be in the acceptable range. in the seventh week I believe it should be triple that. Call your doctor if you are scared. That is what he is paid for.

Is it normal that mild cramping at four to six weeks pregnant suddenly stopped and is it indicative of a possible miscarriage if the woman has had a prior miscarriage at 7 weeks?

It could mean that you have had a miscarriage, but this is normally accompanied by bleeding and heacier cramping. Everything could be fine, bit with a history of miscarriage I would avoid sex and strenuous physical activity and see your doctor. The doctor can obtain a Quantitative HCG level and then obtain another in a week or so to make sure your HCG level is rising at it should.

HCG levels are detectable at low levels as early as 7-9 days after ovulation. During the first 3-4 weeks after fertilization the HCG level doubles every two days. By the fist missed period the level will be 50-250 mIU/ml. HCG will peak at approx. 60-70 days after fertilization at 80,000-150,000 mIU/ml, then gradually decrease during the remainder of the pregnancy.
