If you're asking if a human being can get HIV/AIDS through sexual contact with a dog, the answer is no. HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Disease, thus it affects only humans.
And I really, really hope this question was asked out of curiosity.

Technically yes you can. But only if said dog were to have intercourse with an HIV positive individual prior to you yourself having intercourse with said dog. The dog can act as a carrier as the sperm from the infected person can usually live in the vagina for about 10-12 days. It is impossible for the dog herself to have HIV or AIDS, it's only that she can be used a carrier for the disease.
