Well, you should be careful with other little animals because you don't know they could just jump on them. Bigger animals are most likely to kill them by eating them, squashing them etc. Bunnies do fight each other for a year or so but they soon grow out of it. They fight to see who is the leader of there pack and when they have decided they will hopefully stop. Bunnies can have very big fights and get hurt so the first thing to do is separate them and if they look really bad then take them to the vet. Try and find a good vet preferably a only bunny vet. The vet will give you all the other information you need. If your bunnies aren't very hurt you can put them all together again when they have calmed down.
