Yes, it will. Just make sure that it is powerful enough for you. Some dedicated video card are not any better than integrated counterparts. Do your research before purchasing particular model.

The ati 4200 is so much better than the gma4500m. The ati 4200 is considered one of the best integrated graphics out there. But integrated graphics will never match a dedicated graphics card in it's default state.

An integrated graphics card means it will be used as RAM if its not needed anywhere else. Dedicated Graphics is naturally better than Integrated but it can only be used as graphics power.
