Some deserts like for instance the Great Mohave in California do but some don't. An example would be Antarctica. IT is not hot, has no vegetation but it is in fact a desert.
Some plants that can be found in The Little Sandy Desert in Australia include Mulga trees, Spinifex grass, Desert Oak trees, and Sandalwood trees. These plants are adapted to survive in the arid conditions of the desert with minimal water resources.
All trees require water but trees in the desert have adapted to live on limited water resources.
Because there isn't enough water for trees to grow in the desert. No trees, no lumber.
The fig trees can survive cause they grow really fast even with little water, and because they are sort of like cactus and hold water for a long time. :)
Oasis
Trees do grow in the desert. They are just not as common in deserts as in some other biomes.
There is very little amount of water in the desert
they can, yes, like out in the desert, because there is so little water there, if any at all, life is unsustainable for trees, but if you have a tree growing in your house, not watering it will definitely make it dehydrate.
it has a little water
There are fewer animals in a desert than in the rainforest because many animals' size prohibits them from finding shelter from the heat. Also large animals are not able to store the water needed to survive in a desert.
Some fast-growing tall trees that can grow in desert environments include the Palo Verde tree, Desert Willow, and the Arizona Cypress. These trees have adaptations to thrive in arid conditions by being drought-tolerant and requiring little water once established. It's important to select native species for your specific desert region to ensure successful growth.
