Is driving without insurance
Most, if not all insurance companies checked your driving record so they know already.
Only if the driver was responsible and only for his liability
A driver who does not have a valid drivers license will be fined and charged, this has nothing to do with a car that is insured, if the driver is caught and cannot prove that the car is insured the fine will be doubled or tripled. No sane person would drive a car without a valid license or insurance, no matter what part of the civilized world you live in.
the insurance of the owners car would have to be liable. basically, your not gonna get sh*t cus driving with no license or insurance automatically makes you at fault--regardless of who really in all actuality was. DONT DRIVE WITH NO INSURANCE.
P.S. The insured driver is found at-fault with witnesses. The uninsured driver is worried if his license will be suspended or facing any penalty for driving the his parent's INSURED car.
for the driver - there will no coverage. For the passenger the same as well. It is your responsibility as a passenger, to be sure that the vehicle you are driving in is INSURED, always.
The un-insured driver will have to turn to their health insurance company for coverage if he carried no auto insurance.
What state? Yes, if she is driving and not insured on anther policy. Call and ask your agent
He should be a rated driver in the house on something. If not,,,the insurance company could decide to cancel if the teenage driver was not rated, and had a negligent accident.
Is this about an auto accident? Are you a young driver who didn't yet have a regular license and was driving with only a learner's permit? What do you mean "you aren't insured"? Drivers aren't insured; vehicles are. Was the car insured or not? If not, what were you doing driving it, and what makes you think there's even a remote chance that insurance will pay? (Unless you're talking about the other driver's liability insurance -- assuming there was another driver.) Or are you some sort of contractor who was working on some sort of job without a work or construction permit?
It's going to be very difficult to claim that it's not the fault of the person who was breaking the law by driving illegally.
