1999 ZX2s had the availability of cruise control. Not all cars were so equipped. In order for a 1999 zx2 to have cruise control installed from the factory it needed to be equipped with the "Hot comfort group". This option included: cruise, tilt and dual map lights.
NOTE: all "sport" versions of the ZX2 are considered "Hot" versions
